Dr. Jha's journey began at Nagpur Veterinary College in India, where he earned his BVSc and AH degrees, followed by a Master of Science at Oregon State University. He went to Tufts University for a surgical residency, achieving board certification as ACVS Diplomate in 2013.

Now serving as an Associate Professor of Small Animal Surgery at Oregon State University, his clinical interests focus on joint and bone surgeries, artificial intelligence applications in veterinary medicine, and musculoskeletal issues in sporting dogs. Dr. Jha has pioneered minimally invasive surgical techniques, including arthroscopic joint corrections, and innovative fracture repair methods that prioritize patient comfort and accelerated recovery. His expertise spans general orthopedic and advanced orthopedic surgeries, with particular proficiency in arthroscopy, complex fracture management, and revision surgeries.

As a Board Member at AO VET and Adjunct Professor at Bihar Veterinary College, he continues to advance the field through innovative techniques and a patient-centered surgical philosophy. Beyond his surgical excellence, Dr. Jha's commitment to veterinary education and research has positioned him as a thought leader in integrating cutting-edge technology with traditional surgical expertise.
