Bio
Following graduation from University College Dublin, I began my career with a rotating internship, after which I spent two years at a specialist veterinary hospital in Victoria, Australia.
I subsequently undertook a four-year combined European and American Diagnostic Imaging Residency at the University of Wisconsin–Madison, culminating in board certification in 2013. I then joined the University of Zürich as a lecturer, where I spent two years before returning to Ireland in 2016. In 2021, I further expanded my credentials by obtaining American board certification in Equine Diagnostic Imaging. I currently work as an Associate Professor of Veterinary Diagnostic Imaging at University College Dublin and as a consultant radiologist with VetCT.
My professional interests include all aspects of diagnostic imaging in large, small and exotic species, with particular emphasis on computed tomography and musculoskeletal imaging.
